Information collected
When you request an estimate or booking, you provide your name, phone number, postal code and selected cleaning items. The general contact form may also collect an optional email address, contact preference and message. This information is used to prepare and communicate about your requested service.
How information is used
Information is used for quoting, scheduling, service communication and record-keeping. It is not sold. Third-party form, email, hosting or analytics providers may process data according to their own policies if those services are enabled.
Photos
Customer photos may be requested separately by text for quote preparation and service assessment. They should not be published for marketing without separate permission.
